All bookings must be made in advance through our scheduling system. Appointments are confirmed prior to service. Please ensure all details provided are accurate to avoid delays.
Pricing Policy
The listed price reflects the starting rate. Final pricing is determined based on the size and condition of the home, as well as any additional services selected.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Late Arrival / Lockout
If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.
Please ensure access instructions are provided in advance.
Pets
Pets are allowed; however, they must be secured during the cleaning service.
Condition of Space
Homes with excessive buildup, clutter, or conditions beyond standard cleaning may require additional time and charges. We will communicate any adjustments before proceeding.

Add-On Services
Additional services such as inside appliances, laundry, or specialty cleaning must be selected at the time of booking and may affect final pricing.
